Job summary

Tribe Group is seeking a proactive sales associate to connect with prospective customers and book appointments with financial advisers in a busy, customer-focused environment.

You will manage warm leads, move customers through the pipeline, and coordinate appointments while balancing adviser capacity and location, delivering professional and compliant service on every call.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer engagement or a phone-based role.
• Confident communication style and enjoyment of speaking with people.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Strong technology skills; Salesforce or CRM experience is advantageous.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in sales, customer engagement or a phone-based role

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 9am and 8pm
