Job summary

Corporate Traveller New Zealand is seeking an energetic SDR to drive outbound lead generation and manage a personal pipeline built on warm opportunities from our team. You will engage with key decision makers daily, set meetings, and push deals forward with minimal gatekeeping.

You will thrive on a fast-moving travel industry and be supported to grow, with hybrid work options and a team that values collaboration, celebrations, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• You've done SDR or B2B lead gen before, and you know what "successful" looks like - not just busy
• You'll pick up the phone without flinching, and a "no" just tells you you're one call closer to a "yes"
• You run your own day. Nobody's watching over your shoulder, you just get results
• You can talk (and write) your way into a decision maker's calendar
• You know teamwork makes the dream work, and you actually mean it
