Generate KiwiSaver Scheme is seeking a Sales Development Representative Manager to lead the SDR function across Auckland and Dunedin, driving strategy, performance and coaching for a team of around 30 SDRs and four Team Leaders. The role focuses on scalable training, AI-enabled tools, and efficient lead management to improve customer pathways and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role managing a sales, service or a call centre team, preferably in financial services.
• Experience implementing AI, knowledge management or digital enablement tools within a sales or service environment.
• Proven leadership ability with experience coaching, training and inspiring teams through growth and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the SDR function, driving strategy, performance and capability across outbound, inbound and Dunedin teams.
• Develop and implement scalable training, onboarding and enablement programmes that improve capability and speed to competency.
• Build the operational foundations of the function through tooling, AI adoption, reporting and performance frameworks.
• Lead leaders, coaching Team Leaders and building a high-performing, engaged and accountable team culture.
• Drive data-led performance with meaningful reporting, KPIs and rhythms to support coaching and forecasting.
• Partner with Salesforce, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Distribution to deliver process improvements.
• Improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency by optimizing lead management and customer pathways.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation to enhance team performance and customer outcomes.
• Ensure compliance and governance across Auckland and Dunedin teams.
