• Perform data entry to ensure up-to-date sales records and databases (including CRM software).
• Assist in post-sales processes like collecting customer feedback, reviews and maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on behalf of managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance and operation) in regard to payments and ensuring a great client experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handle sales enquiries and recommend suitable products for different target audience
• Assist in reaching out to potential leads via sales platforms, EDMs, and sales outreach campaigns
• Support the team with quotation preparation, tour proposals, and client follow-ups
• Perform data entry to ensure up-to-date sales records and databases (including CRM software)
