Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora invites applications for an Allied Health Clinical Coordinator (SACT Implementation Project) in Wellington and surrounding locations. This fixed-term role is 0.8FTE (32 hours/week) for up to six months.

You will map services, identify gaps, and develop recommendations to strengthen pathways, reduce inequities and improve patient outcomes, working with hospital services, NGOs, community providers and private sector partners.

Formación

• Registered Allied Health practitioner with current annual practicing certificate.
• At least 5 years clinical practice within an Allied Health profession.
• Experience in service, quality or process improvements.
• Commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi and improving health outcomes for Māori.
• Current full NZ driver’s licence with ability to drive manual/automatic.
• Proficiency using technology in the workplace.
• High standard of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Map existing supportive care, pre-habilitation and rehabilitation services for people on SACT.
• Identify gaps and unmet need; explore opportunities to improve access to care.
• Develop recommendations to strengthen pathways and reduce inequities.
• Coordinate with hospital services, NGOs, community providers and private sector.
• Support the wider SACT Allied Health work programme with stakeholder engagement and reporting.
