Job summary

T&G Global Limited is seeking an experienced S&OP Supply Planning Lead to own the end-to-end supply planning capability across its fresh produce network. You will connect crop outlook, packout, inventory, capacity, logistics and demand priorities to generate a clear forward plan.

The role requires strong planning expertise, the ability to challenge current approaches, and to establish better ways of working within a developing supply planning function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply planning or related roles.
• Experience with SAP IBP or similar planning systems.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for complex planning.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning across the network.
• Lead Supply Review and present scenarios and recommendations.
• Collaborate across growing, production, logistics and sales teams.
• Develop planning scenarios and identify risks and options.
• Improve planning processes and data quality.
