Indie Campers is seeking a Campervan Rental Agent in Queenstown to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales demos and conversions for RV purchases. You will manage rental operations, ensure smooth handovers, and maintain high standards across every customer interaction.

The role blends frontline service, product knowledge, and follow-up sales, requiring adaptability, empathy, and strong organization to balance rental flow with sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems.
• Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure.
• Driving license required; English proficiency; local language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Operations: check-ins/check-outs, briefings, rental support, service recovery.
• Sales Demonstrations & Customer Engagement: RV demos, feature showcase, documentation.
• Sales Conversion & Lead Management: track leads, demos, follow-ups in CRM, meet targets.
• Product Knowledge & Technical Support: know RV models, basic systems demos, troubleshoot.
