Job summary

Nutech Security is establishing a Rotorua branch and seeks an experienced Electronic Security Technician to lead and grow the team. You will service, install, and commission a range of electronic security systems for high-profile clients while building lasting relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, servicing, or maintaining electronic security systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team-focused with cross-branch collaboration.
• Growth mindset to adapt as the business expands.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Inner Range, Protégé, Gallagher, Paradox, Bosch, Hikvision, Hanwha or similar.
• Security licensing/qualifications preferred (COA, Site Safe, or similar).
• Full, clean NZ driver licence; legal right to work in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain electronic security systems across a range of projects.
• Install, program, and commission new technologies.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and build client relationships.
• Support growth of the Rotorua operations and branch development.
• Collaborate with Tauranga and Hamilton teams to cover wider region.
