Job summary

Voco Auckland City Centre is seeking waiters to join Bar Albert and Mozzarella & Co. on level 38, delivering friendly, attentive service across breakfast, conferences, events, and evening dining, with panoramic city views. You should be detail‑oriented, an excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and ideally have Food & Beverage experience.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail helps deliver a consistent guest experience.
• Strong communication to interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to remain calm and make clear decisions when busy.
• Ideally previous Food & Beverage experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast, Conference and Events, and evening dining on the restaurant/bar operations.
• Prepare and operate the restaurant/bar areas to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues to deliver great experiences.
