Job summary

AWF Group is seeking experienced Civil & Roading staff to join our Tauranga team for the busy seasonal period.

Roles include plant operators, drivers and skilled civil workers. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, holiday pay with ACC and KiwiSaver, full PPE, ongoing recruitment support and the chance to secure permanent work with leading civil contractors. Reliable transport and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check.
• A full Class 1 driver's licence; Class 2 or higher licences are highly desirable.
• Reliable transport to and from work and a strong work ethic.
• Good physical fitness and be injury-free.

Whether you're an experienced plant operator, driver or skilled civil worker, we have great opportunities available for the right people. Get in quick to secure your placement for the season ahead.

We're Looking For Experience In:

• Roading crews, including asphalt and chip sealing
• WTR (experience in Diggers, Loaders, Graders, Bulldozers, Rollers, Water carts)
• Class 2 and Class 4 driving
• Road marking
• Confined spaces work (advantageous)

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check
