Job summary

Downer is seeking a Road Marking Coordinator to lead the Road Marking team in the Taranaki region. You will provide direction, monitor operations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong project management, financial awareness and experience with documentation and contracts. A current driver's license is essential, and you will contribute to planning, resource allocation and quality systems.

• Lead effective participation of the team, contributing to business planning.
• Organise, direct and monitor project operations.
• Manage allocation of people, plant, technology and resources.
• Provide general administrative support for contracts including end of month assistance.
• Manage project documentation including contracts and supplier agreements.
• Proven experience in financial control and quality systems.
• Proven track record of project management and delivery across sectors.
• Experience providing quality administration support.
• Experience with financial reporting processes.
• Customer focused with ability to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Current driver's license.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Road Marking Coordinator to join our team in Taranaki. In this role you will provide necessary direction and leadership to the Road Marking team. You will provide measured feedback to the leadership team and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement.
