Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Alexandra, New Zealand, is seeking a hands-on Road Marker to contribute to project and maintenance work, delivering marks to a high standard and supporting the crew.

Qualifications

• Full Class 1 driver licence with dangerous goods endorsement.
• Experience in a roading environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out road marking work across projects and maintenance contracts to a high standard.
• Monitor paint application rates to make sure work is completed to specification.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and responsibly, within training and licence requirements.
• Spot hazards, follow traffic management requirements, and take part in daily pre-starts and safe work practices.
• Support the crew and look for smarter, safer ways to get the job done.

We're looking for someone with

• A Full Class 1 driver licence and dangerous goods endorsement.
• Experience in a roading environment is an advantage.
• A good understanding of health and safety on the road, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• A practical, team-focused approach and comfort with hands-on outdoor work.
• A reliable attitude, good work ethic, and pride in doing a solid day's work.
