Job summary

Sharesies is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager in Wellington. The role focuses on pragmatic risk leadership to drive commercial and strategic outcomes, while embedding a strong risk culture across teams.

You will build and scale risk frameworks and leverage GRC tools to support a rapidly growing business, ensuring compliance and governance near real-time across the org. The successful candidate will be adaptable, collaborative and mission-driven.
