Job summary

Premier Staffing Solutions in Auckland is seeking an experienced Rigger Piling Hand for an immediate start on a major infrastructure project. You will assist with rigging, pile installation, slinging, concreting and general site operations in a fast-paced environment.

This is heavy, physically demanding work with long travel requiring staying away from home. You must have at least 3 years rigging experience, relevant certification, full working rights in New Zealand, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience rigging.
• Holds relevant certification.
• Happy with long periods away from home and national travel.
• Excellent communication skills and work ethics.
• Physically fit and reliable.
• Must hold full working rights in New Zealand.
• Piling rigger background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rigging, concreting, slinging, pile installation, equipment assembly and general site operations.
• No two days will be the same.

About the job

You will be required to assist with rigging, concreting, slinging, pile installation, equipment assembly and general site operations. No two days will be the same.

It is physical work, and the crews work some big hours = big pay packet!

Location/Travel

The role will be based in Auckland CBD for the first 2 months approx. You will then be required to work outside of Auckland.

Our client does work across all of New Zealand and National travel is expected with this position. This job will require staying away from home for long periods of time (travel + accommodation provided).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience rigging
• Hold relevant certification
• Happy with the idea of working away from home for long periods of time & national travel
• Excellent communication skills and work ethics
• Physically fit and reliableMust hold FULL working rights in New Zealand
• Piling rigger background would be preferred
