Job summary

Specialized Auckland is seeking a Ride Consultant to join our full-time crew on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. You will work directly with riders, delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and promoting our products to help riders get back on their bikes.

The role requires a passion for cycling, 2–3 years of high-performance retail or sales experience, and basic bike maintenance skills. You’ll share product knowledge to ensure riders have the best experience possible.

The Ride Consultant is the star on the front line working directly with our riders to deliver exceptional service and rider satisfaction. This role is all about relationships, as well as sales of course to deliver exceptional service and rider satisfaction. To be successful you will have a knack for building strong and lasting relationships and a drive to get our product out and in front of more riders. You will have basic maintenance abilities to help people out on the fly and get Riders back out riding.
