Stantec’s Buildings team in New Zealand is seeking a Revit Designer to contribute to end‑to‑end digital delivery for buildings and facilities. You will develop technical expertise, prepare and manage drawings, and collaborate with multi‑discipline teams across civil and building services.

The role emphasises leadership, mentoring, and robust quality practices, with flexible work options and ongoing professional development. Based in Wellington, NZ.

Qualifications

• NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related field.
• Advanced expertise in CAD, Revit, and digital delivery methods for building services projects.
• Proven ability to implement and uphold quality systems, drive project coordination, and minimise rework.
• Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and technical coaching.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• 2 years’ experience working on building services in digital delivery, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
