Job summary
Stantec in New Zealand is seeking a Revit Designer to support end-to-end digital delivery for building services projects. You will develop technical expertise, manage drawings for Civil and Building Services, and deliver digital models and documentation while coordinating with internal and external design teams.
The role emphasizes leadership/mentoring within a multidisciplinary team, strong communication, and a commitment to quality across projects.
Qualifications
- NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related field.
- Advanced expertise in CAD, Revit, and digital delivery methods for building services projects.
- Proven ability to implement and uphold quality systems, drive project coordination, and minimise rework.
- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and technical coaching.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- 2+ years' experience working on building services in digital delivery, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
