Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to evaluate AI answers on claims, denials, and payer operations, and provide guidance a seasoned revenue cycle professional would give.

You will write prompts, review AI outputs for denial reasons and remittance codes, and deliver corrective guidance grounded in day-to-day revenue cycle practice. This is a flexible, remote independent contractor role with weekly payouts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue cycle, claims, or health plan operations.
• Familiarity with denial and appeal workflows, remittance codes, and payer rules.
• Clear written English.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts that probe revenue cycle scenarios: claim submission, eligibility and prior authorization, denial and appeal workflows, and remittance posting.
• Review AI output for wrong denial reasons, misread remittance codes, and payer rules that would not survive contact with a real plan, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in day‑to‑day revenue cycle operations.
