DataAnnotation is seeking contributors with nursing experience to create and test prompts that probe clinical judgment. You will assess triage, medication safety, and patient education, and rate AI reasoning against current clinical standards.

Flexibility and remote, project-based work are offered. No degree is required; demonstration of ability matters most. Compensation is performance-based and paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Active or recent nursing experience as an RN or nurse practitioner.
• Comfort reasoning through assessment, medication safety, and care protocols.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the testing signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsabilités

• Write prompts that probe nursing judgment: assessment, triage and prioritization, medication administration, and patient education.
• Review AI output for unsafe steps, wrong priorities, and protocol errors, and rate the quality of the clinical reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in real bedside practice and current standards.
