Job summary

Bridgestone New Zealand is seeking candidates for an active factory role in Christchurch Retread Factory. The role involves working through clear processes as part of a close-knit team, with emphasis on safety and getting things right.

No prior tyre or manufacturing experience is required; training will be provided. A full NZ driver's licence and forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) are required. Overtime and employee benefits available.

Job description

If you're someone who shows up, works hard and takes pride in doing things properly — we don't need you to have any experience in tyres or manufacturing. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

The Role

This is hands-on, active work in a structured factory environment in our Christchurch Retread Factory. You'll be working through clear processes and procedures as part of a close-knit team. This role is best suited to someone who takes direction well, doesn't mind hard physical work and wants to build a skill set with one of the world's most recognised automotive brands behind them.

What You’ll Bring
