Job summary

Bunnings Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the store leadership and oversee a designated department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will model excellent service, coach the team, and coordinate stock and merchandising to meet business goals.

The role focuses on developing staff, maintaining high service standards, and delivering a positive customer experience across extended retail hours. You will be integral to a collaborative store team in Canterbury.

About the role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will provide support to the store senior leadership team and act as a continual support to a designated department in Bunnings, overseeing workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You’ll need

• Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team

• Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers
• Have an eagerness to learn about new products
• Be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours; our customers are important to us. Bunnings trade 7 days a week, opening early and closing late on weekdays and on weekends.
