GRACEBAL PVT LIMITED is seeking a Store Manager and Store Assistants to join their busy Southland store in Invercargill. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, pricing, budgeting, and staff performance, while Store Assistants handle goods, sales at the counter, and customer service.

Roles require weekend work and on-call availability. Training provided; NZ work experience or a relevant qualification is preferred. Both positions offer full-time hours with minimum 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of New Zealand work experience or relevant qualification (Level 4 or higher)
• Customer service oriented with good communication

Responsabilités

• Store Manager duties: oversee store operations and budgeting
• Set prices and ensure sales targets are met
• Oversee purchasing, marketing, and stock levels
• Lead staff including performance reviews, training, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with store policies and regulations
• Weekend and on-call work as required
