Job summary

Lotto NZ is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist in Auckland. You will manage the retailer lifecycle from application through to renewal and exit, while maintaining CRM records and handling retailer enquiries and complaints.

You will coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, support system changes, and ensure accurate operational resources. A strong admin and retail operations background with excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in administration or operations, ideally in retail, call centre or customer service.
• Confident communicator who owns their work and follows through on commitments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive information to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the retailer lifecycle from application and onboarding through to contract renewal and exit.
• Prepare documentation and product orders, maintain CRM records and resolve retailer enquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and follow up on outstanding information.
