Job summary

Invercargill Ocean Seafood Restaurant 2021 Limited is seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor in Invercargill. You will oversee daily restaurant operations and help ensure excellent service. The role includes managing customers, coordinating with suppliers, planning menus with the chef, and training kitchen staff and apprentices.

The position is 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $28-30. NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience or NZQF level 5 qualification.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and night shifts; overtime may be required.
• Drug-free with a clean police record.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations.
• Dela with customer feedback.
• Contact suppliers and key accounts.
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements with the chef.
