Qualificações

• At least 2 years of relevant hospitality management experience.
• Level 4 or higher qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Manage staff rosters, training, and performance to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety obligations.
• Monitor sales, costs, and inventory; implement cost-control measures to maximise margins.
• Plan and support promotions, events, and guest experiences to attract patrons.
