Job summary

Paroa Hotel in Greymouth is seeking a hospitality all rounder to work across bars, restaurants and accommodation. You’ll be front of house most days, with some kitchen help and housekeeping, and you’ll join a team of backpackers making West Coast life memorable.

We offer $25 per hour plus holiday pay, 40 hours a week, accommodation in a shared house, 50% off food and drinks, staff drinks, two consecutive days off when possible, and a friendly, busy environment.

Qualifications

• Commit to at least 8 weeks
• Over 18 due to serving alcohol
• NZ driver licence (or overseas)

We’re a family-run hospitality business in Greymouth and we’re looking for a hospitality all rounder to join the team. You’ll work across our bars, restaurants and accommodation, mostly front of house with kitchen help and housekeeping mixed in, so no two weeks look the same. You’ll be working alongside other backpackers too, so it’s a good way to meet people while you’re travelling.

What we’re looking for

• Reliable, positive and good with people
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• 18 or over, since you’ll be serving alcohol
• A current driver licence, NZ or overseas
