Job summary

ALH Recruitment in Hawke's Bay is seeking an energetic Resource Consultant to join our Hawke's Bay branch. You’ll drive workforce solutions by matching people with opportunities, building strong candidate and client relationships, and supporting growth in the region.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and managing worker relationships. You’ll also handle rostering, scheduling and timesheet/payroll support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, confident on the phone, in person and in writing.
• People-first mindset with genuine care for candidate and client outcomes.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Resilience, adaptability and ability to learn quickly.
• Experience in administration, recruitment or HR is preferred.
