Job summary

Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers is seeking an energetic Resource Consultant for our Auckland branch. You will match people with great employment opportunities, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and support ongoing growth.

Key duties include sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, onboarding, rostering and timesheet support, and maintaining a proactive talent pool for immediate placements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person and written forms.
• Experience in administration, recruitment or HR is preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

Key responsibilities

Source, screen and shortlist candidates across a range of industries
