Key responsibilities
Source, screen and shortlist candidates across a range of industries
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment processes
Manage ongoing worker relationships - check-in calls and retention strategies
Maintain an active talent pool, ready for immediate and upcoming placements
Manage day-to-day operational requirements, including rostering, scheduling and timesheet/payroll support
What you'll bring
Strong communication skills - confident on the phone, in person and in writing
A people-first mindset, with genuine care for candidate and client outcomes
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Resilience, adaptability and an ability to learn quickly
Experience in administration, recruitment or HR is preferred
