• ECSA registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) is essential.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction supervision and site management.
• Proven experience in managing contractors and ensuring quality control on construction sites.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
