Cordis Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a Reservations Group Supervisor to lead the Group Reservations function, oversee large and complex bookings, and ensure accurate handover to arrival and departure. Working with Sales, Events, Revenue, Finance and Operations, you will maximise revenue opportunities while maintaining high service standards.
The role is permanent, full-time with 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.

This is a keyoperational role responsible for overseeing the Group Reservations function and ensuring large and complex group bookings are managed accurately and efficiently from handover through to arrival and departure.
Working closelywith Sales, Events, Revenue, Finance and hotel Operations, you will play animportant role in ensuring group business is seamlessly delivered whilemaximising revenue opportunities for the hotel.
