Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher qualification in a biomedical-related field.
• Demonstrated practical laboratory experience in a professional, research, or tertiary lab setting.
• Ability to handle biological materials in a PC-2 environment.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory techniques (pipetting, centrifugation, filtration, gel electrophoresis, plate-based assays).
• Support recombinant protein expression, purification and analysis.
• Assist with mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques.
• Aid scientists with in vitro assays, sample prep and data entry.
• Maintain organised lab records and ensure experiments run on schedule.
