Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Youth Sports Development Coordinator to join its fully remote team. You will design and deliver engaging programs for youth, create online coaching modules, and collaborate with schools and community groups to expand access to sports.

The role emphasizes child development, teamwork, and delivering safe, inclusive activities online and where needed in person, with flexible part-time hours and an opportunity to positively influence young lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth sports coaching, program management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in creating and managing online content and virtual platforms.
• Passion for empowering youth through sports and physical activity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate youth sports programs with an emphasis on fun, skill-building, and character development.
• Create and curate engaging online content, including training videos, activity guides, and virtual coaching sessions.
• Coordinate with partner organizations, schools, and community centers to facilitate program delivery.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer coaches and mentors.
• Monitor participant engagement and program outcomes, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all young participants, both online and in any facilitated in-person sessions.
