Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management with remote/global experience.
• Proven ability to develop global sourcing strategies and cost savings.
• Expertise in complex contract negotiation, risk management, and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategic sourcing plans for key indirect and direct spend categories.
• Lead global sourcing efforts, including supplier identification, RFx processes, and contract negotiations with international vendors.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, category reviews, and total cost of ownership assessments to drive savings and value.
• Establish and manage robust supplier performance management programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure effective contract management and risk mitigation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on sourcing strategies and initiatives, communicating effectively across a dispersed organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management, with a significant portion in remote or global roles.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global sourcing strategies and achieving substantial cost savings.
• Expertise in complex contract negotiation, risk management frameworks, and supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency with advanced procurement software, e-sourcing tools, and data analytics platforms.
