Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Go) to architect high-concurrency systems for Studio AI's multimodal generation pipeline. You will own backend services, design for reliability, and work across AWS services like EKS, S3 and Lambda to scale heavy AI workloads.

You will collaborate with platform and Product teams to translate model outputs into a polished user experience while maintaining low latency and strong observability across the generation path.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and scaling backend services in Go.
• Proven ability to design distributed microservice architectures with asynchronous processing.
• Strong production discipline: observability, debugging live systems, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale Go microservices that manage the full lifecycle of AI generation.
• Optimize ConnectRPC services and asynchronous pipelines (Kafka, SQS) for reliability and throughput.
• Build backend logic for multimodal orchestration across images, video, audio, 3D and vector.
• Collaborate with AWS to manage data throughput and high-performance compute clusters.
• Drive architectural decisions on concurrency, queuing, backpressure and failure handling.
• Own end-to-end quality: code review, testing strategy and on-call readiness.
• Integrate frontier models into production workflows safely and efficiently.
• Contribute to technical direction across the wider backend platform.
