Placements24 is seeking a Senior Catering Operations Manager to oversee nationwide catering operations from a remote setting. You will drive efficiency, standardize procedures, and lead a distributed team to deliver high-quality service across locations.

The role requires 8+ years in catering/hospitality operations with strong supply chain and data analysis skills. You will partner with culinary, sales, and events teams, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in catering or hospitality operations management, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-site operations with remote oversight.
• Strong skills in supply chain, inventory control, and logistics, plus excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic plans to increase efficiency and profitability of catering operations nationwide.
• Oversee standardization of procedures, quality control, and food safety across service areas.
• Lead a distributed team of supervisors and staff via virtual communication and performance management.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvements, cost savings, and service enhancements.
• Collaborate with culinary, sales, and event planning teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
