Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or Catering Coordinator with logistics and client management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Zoom/Teams and event software.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all catering arrangements from start to finish.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide updates throughout planning.
• Liaise with national vendors to book services and manage menus.
• Develop detailed event schedules and timelines.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses and process invoices.
• Troubleshoot issues during planning or execution.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups for feedback and satisfaction.
• Maintain client records and event details in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive planning and delivery.
