Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Research Associate for our remote-first pharmaceutical development team. You will work with senior scientists to perform experiments, analyze data, and advance projects from discovery to clinical stages, in a flexible remote setting suited for focused scientific work.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab experience, data integrity, and collaboration across distant teams, with opportunities for professional training and exposure to novel therapeutics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science field such as Biochemistry or Pharmacology.
• Minimum 3 years' pharma/biotech research experience.
• Experience with cell culture, ELISA, and basic molecular biology methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory experiments to support drug discovery and development.
• Design, execute, and analyze PK/PD studies.
• Contribute to formulation development and stability testing.
• Record data, maintain notebooks, and prepare study reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
