Summerset in New Zealand is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our National Clinical Services team on a casual, remote basis. This part-time role supports villages by providing online and phone clinical guidance to caregivers and in-centre teams.

You will contribute to evidence-based reviews, clinical teaching, and incident management, while helping to develop resident care plans and coach care teams. You’ll use Teams and resident-management systems from home.

Qualifikationen

• As NZ Registration and Practising Certificate are required for this role.
• Minimum 3 years' RN experience in aged care settings.
• Strong admin skills and experience using VCare.
• InterRAI trained level preferred.
• Genuine interest in working with older people in retirement villages.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with multiple systems.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and home setup.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote clinical escalation pathways and evidence-based recommendations.
• Communicate assessment findings and advise the in-centre team.
• Contribute to resident care plans with in-centre staff.
• Coach care team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Use MS Teams and electronic resident management systems effectively.
