Qualifications

• NZ Registration and a current Practising Certificate required.
• Experience in aged care or retirement village settings preferred.
• Ability to take the lead, remain calm under pressure and be emotionally resilient.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage residents’ daily clinical needs and end-of-life care.
• Develop and follow long-term care plans and conduct clinical assessments.
• Take charge on shifts and make appropriate clinical decisions.
