Mondelez New Zealand is seeking a Field Sales Executive to build strong relationships with Woolworths and Fresh Choice stores across Manawatu/Whanganui/Taranaki. You will work with our in-house merchandising team to execute promotional plans and identify new displaying opportunities.

This entry-level role offers training and a supportive environment to develop a career in sales within one of NZ's leading snack companies, with a company vehicle and competitive package.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for selling and building relationships with retailers.
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Good time management, planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt on the go.
• Experience in FMCG, Grocery or Retail is advantageous.
• Comfortable with email and collaboration tools like Teams and Excel.
• Full driver's licence and safe driving record.
• Willingness to work additional hours during busy seasonal periods.
• Weekly overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Woolworths and Fresh Choice stores in your territory.
• Partner with in-house merchandising to ensure flawless execution of promotions.
• Identify opportunities to display products and drive mutual sales growth.
• Provide coaching and training support as needed to store partners.
