Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Quality Assurance Manager to drive quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites from anywhere. You will develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS, oversee QC processes, and push continuous improvement while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, 7+ years in QA/QC within manufacturing, and proven remote team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ISO 9001 implementation/management experience.
• Strong leadership and remote team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QMS aligned with ISO 9001.
• Establish quality metrics and KPIs; monitor performance.
• Lead internal and external quality audits; drive improvements.
• Manage QA team; provide guidance and evaluations.
• Investigate customer complaints and CAPA; root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain.
