Job summary

AfterQuery is seeking Property Manager Experts to create and refine property management challenges for training AI models. This remote, flexible role lets you design and evaluate scenarios that test AI interpretations of lease administration, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and housing operations with practical insight.

You will collaborate with real estate and tech specialists to ensure content is accurate, compliant with housing laws, and appropriately challenging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a property manager or in real estate management.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of housing laws and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality property management questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as lease administration, tenant screening, maintenance coordination, budget management, rent collection, conflict resolution, compliance with housing laws, and more.
• Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to property management best practices and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a team of real estate and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.
