About the Role Our client, a global pharmaceutical leader committed to advancing healthcare through data-driven insights, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Pharmaceutical Data Analyst. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to critical projects. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets related to clinical trials, drug efficacy, safety profiles, and market trends. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of statistical methods, data visualization tools, and pharmaceutical terminology. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, clinicians, and regulatory affairs, to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation in drug development and patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large and complex datasets from various pharmaceutical sources (e.g., clinical trials, post-market surveillance, RWE).
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in pharmaceutical data.
• Develop and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key findings and insights.
• Interpret data to support drug development, clinical trial design, safety monitoring, and market access strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, clinical operations, regulatory affairs) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant privacy and security regulations.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of data management and analysis processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Pharmacy, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and database querying languages (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of clinical trial data, pharmacovigilance, and real-world evidence (RWE).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex findings effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fully remote setting.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data handling and privacy is a plus.
