Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Pharmaceutical Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to monitor clinical trial sites and ensure data integrity from a home office anywhere in South Africa. The role requires strong organization, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple sites remotely.

The candidate will conduct SDV, train site staff, and prepare monitoring reports while complying with protocol requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of CRA experience in pharma or CRO
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements
• Experience with SDV and regulatory compliance
• Experience in site monitoring and trial documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits as required
• Verify data integrity through SDV
• Ensure GCP and regulatory compliance
• Train site staff on study procedures and data collection
• Prepare monitoring reports and track action items
• Manage multiple sites remotely
• Travel nationally for on-site monitoring visits
• Maintain relationships with investigators and site personnel
