Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Recruiter to source and place CRAs and other clinical trial professionals for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This role is remote with global reach, including opportunities beyond New Zealand.

You will build pipelines, screen candidates, and partner with clients to understand therapeutic needs, regulatory requirements, and timelines, delivering top talent for critical trials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruitment with 2+ years in clinical research roles.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with recruitment technology and virtual tools.
• Able to work independently in remote settings.

Responsabilités

• Source and attract qualified CRAs and clinical trial professionals.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies leveraging networks and events.
• Screen and interview to assess experience and regulatory knowledge.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding.
• Provide market insights on CRA talent trends and compensation.
