Job summary

Manukora Limited, a global wellness brand, seeks a performance designer to own paid social, static and light motion assets for Meta, Amazon and landing pages. You will ensure brand standards, craft, and rapid iteration across 20+ variants while collaborating with US strategists.

You must have 5+ years of paid social design experience, a strong portfolio of ads that ran, and fluency in Figma with After Effects. Fully remote role with daytime overlap with Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing paid social creative for US, UK or Australian DTC or CPG brands, in-house or at an agency, with high-volume ad work.
• A portfolio that includes ads that actually ran, with results or context.
• Strong understanding of paid ads mechanics: hooks, formats, placements, testing.
• Excellent hierarchy, typography and layout instincts at thumbnail size.
• Fluency in Figma, plus After Effects or similar motion tools.
• Comfort with AI tools in workflow (Higgsfield, CapCut) used with judgement.
• Ability to work fast with high-quality pixels; brand-standard discipline.
• Overlaps with US-based strategists 4+ hours/day (Mon-Fri, Pacific time).

Responsibilities

• Design paid statics for Meta feed, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon A+ content and landing page heroes.
• Add subtle motion: short ~5-second looping assets.
• Publish rapid variant sets based on winning concepts.
• Own and maintain a documented paid template system.
• Apply claims and brand guidelines to every asset.
• Analyze performance with the team and iterate on next rounds.
• Deliver to spec and deadline with production team.
• Support wider design team on landing pages and other assets when capacity allows.
