Job summary

Salt is seeking a maternity leave cover for a healthcare brand, with projects across APAC and West Coast USA. The role blends marketing and design with studio leadership to guide a team of 2 graphic designers and 3 marketing SEO executives.

You will split time between hands‑on design, studio management, and strategic work with the marketing team. It is a hybrid role (2/3 days remote) and requires onsite work in Auckland, NZ with rights to work there.

Qualifications

• Proven design skills using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design portfolio.
• Studio management experience.
• Corporate experience desirable.
• Web design experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the marketing material.
• Hands on design work.
• Supporting, managing and coaching the team.
• Strategic planning with the marketing team.
• Managing that content on the website.
• Working closely with the marketing team helping with strategy.
