Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations improvement or process engineering with remote project execution.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing tools: VSM, 5S, Kaizen.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for remote collaboration.
• Proficient with project management and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Asana, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions.
