Job summary

3P Learning, a leading EdTech company, seeks a Customer Success Partner to support New Zealand schools with Mathletics and Mathseeds under a Ministry of Education tender. This part-time, remote role is based in New Zealand with possible regional travel and a three-day work week aligned to NZ business hours.

Qualifications

• Education background with NZ context and curriculum knowledge
• Experience delivering training to adults
• Proven success managing school relationships and driving product adoption
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confident presenter
• Ability to interpret usage data to inform engagement
• Proficient with cloud-based tools and CRM
• Customer-focused, consultative approach
• Strong organisation to manage a 3-day week; self-motivated remote worker
• NZ work rights and reliable home internet
• Experience with Mathletics/Mathseeds is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support MOE tender, coordinating with Sales to meet requirements
• Plan and deliver school rollouts and onboarding via training sessions
• Deliver ongoing professional development for teachers and school leaders
• Develop PD content and use feedback to improve sessions
• Develop school success plans with adoption milestones
• Monitor usage data to identify adoption gaps and at-risk schools
• Build trusted relationships with school leaders and teachers; assist renewals
• Collaborate with Support and Product teams to address school issues
• Keep accurate records of school interactions and outcomes
