Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on maintenance or trades experience.
• Experience using power tools, painting and general repairs.
• Qualification in building, electrical or plumbing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance and respond quickly to repairs across resort facilities.
• Manage and prioritise maintenance tasks; order supplies and parts as needed.
• Work independently under the Facilities Manager and collaborate with teams across buildings.
